Like the devoted gardener she is, Paula tends us and helps AHA! flourish. She's a wise listener who knows all and sees all, but never tells all. As our HR manager, she keeps us grounded and on task, and she motivates us to do our best. With her vast network and artful negotiating skills, she's also our go-to person for everything from planning an offsite meeting to finding a seat on an overbooked flight. Whatever the situation, we always know Paula's got our back.
