Nathan grew up on an alfalfa farm in central Oregon, but decided early on that writing was his calling. He opted for notepads instead of tractors, bylines instead of hay bales and wrangling interviews instead of herding cattle. After a decade in journalism, Nathan brings the inquisitive nature of a reporter and the work ethic of a farmer's son to every project.
