If you had asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up, Mike would have said "a pilot or a doctor." Then, in fourth grade, he met the multiplication tables. He's been crunching numbers ever since. No doubt he would have been a great surgeon, but we're pretty happy he's putting his enviable math skills to work for us and our clients instead.

• Won a national championship with Linfield College's football team in 2004 (and was on ESPN for a few brief moments)
• Has dived the Great Barrier Reef
